ROSEHIP

Rosehip oil is extracted from the hip of a rose bush, which grows wild in Chile. The red berry-like fruit of the rose bush is collected and the oil is extracted carefully to obtain high concentrations of essential fatty acids, vitamins A, D and E and antioxidants, which are very useful for tissue regeneration and repairing damaged cells. Rosehip oil is also useful for:
> Mature skin: as skin ages due to the drying effects of our environment, rosehip helps to reduce wrinkles, dull skin and the early signs of ageing
> Reducing scarring: due to the high essential fatty acid content, rosehip is useful for flattening out hypertrophic and hyperplastic scars
> Oily skin: rosehip has balancing effects on the skin, which is helpful for acne and oily skin
> Dry skin: rosehip leaves the skin feeling moisturised and nourished and protects against environmental damage.
